A Certified Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultant

You don't have to figure this out alone.

If you're a sleep-deprived parent Googling solutions at 3am, wondering if this is ever going to get better — I want you to know: it will. And I'm here to help you get there faster.

I'm Rinad, a certified pediatric sleep consultant, mom, and researcher with a background in psychology and international development. I specialize in working with infants and toddlers ages 0–18 months, helping families move from exhausted and overwhelmed to rested and confident.

After my daughter was born in late 2024, I immersed myself in infant sleep science — filtering through the noise, the conflicting advice, and the one-size-fits-all methods — until I found what actually works. That experience is exactly what I bring to every family I work with.

My approach is evidence-based, judgment-free, and built around your child and your family's needs. Whether you're dealing with frequent night wakings, short naps, or bedtime battles, I'll help you build a plan you feel confident about.

Testimonials

I’d been struggling with how to handle my baby’s unpredictable sleep, especially with having an older child and having to be on the go/not always able to focus on the ‘perfect’ sleep environment. You were so helpful in understanding how to create a good environment for sleep at home and not to stress so much if some naps have to happen on the go (and how to course correct if that happens). I’ve definitely seen an improvement in baby’s sleep with your helpful tips!!

Thank you sincerely for your time, guidance, and detailed email below. I sincerely appreciate your suggestions and have already started to implement many of them. I am learning that [Baby] is a contact napper 🙂.

Hi, I’m Rinad…

I'm a certified pediatric sleep consultant with a background in psychology (B.A., Mount Holyoke College) and a Master's in Global Human Development from Georgetown University. I help infants and toddlers ages 0 - 18 months — and the parents who love them — finally get the rest they need.

My goal is simple: to give your family the tools, the plan, and the support to go from exhausted and overwhelmed to rested, confident, and present. Because when your baby sleeps, everyone sleeps — and everything else gets a little easier.
